Who Are We?

We are a firm of property advisers, with thirty years experience of the property market. We have lived and worked in both Cyprus and Ireland. Having been born and reared in Dublin, and fallen permanently in love with Ireland, both its cities and countryside we went to Cyprus in the sixties. There we found a Mediteranean paradise, unspoiled, with perfect climate, with fantastic restaurants and shops, wonderful hotels and our sort of people, caring, friendly, warm and hospitable. For us, it became the west of Ireland with goos weather and a touch of cosmopolitan life if needed. Oh, and they drive on then same side of the road as us as well. We bought an apartment. Our Irish friends came to visit and in turn, we helped them buy apartments on what was to be their dream island also. Come and see us and you too will fall in love with this jewel of an island, where to be Irish is to be assured of a special welcome.

Cyprus - The Island

Cyprus is an island in the Mediteranean, 35 degrees North, 33 degrees East. Summer is long, dry and pleasantly warm, with average day temperatures of 25 degrees centigrade. The nights are cool. Winter is short, with mild, pleasant weather. English is the island's second language. Cars are driven on the left hand side of the road as in Ireland, the UK and South Africa.

The Island's pre-history, its Greek and phoenician Assyrian, Persian and Ptolemaic influences have all left a rich historical legacy on the island's environment and culture.

How do you get there from Ireland?

During the summer months, April - October charter flights are available from Dublin direct to either Paphos or Larnaca with most major travel companies, Budget and Falcon etc.

Starting June 2001 there will be new scheduled year round services direct to Larnaca from Dublin with Eurocypria and Helios Airlines. The best deals with a stopover tend to be with Czech Air via Prague or with Malev via Budapest to Larnaca. British Airways also offers very good rates via London to Larnaca. Prices vary depending on the season.
